pls help me, I need the detailed workings of this equation. 1*4200*(45-q)=1.5*2400*(q-20) Ans ~33 But need the method, steps to solve it. Thanks

---------------------------------
This is physics , right !

1 × 4200 × (45 – q) = 1.5 × 2400 × (q – 20)

Solving for q gives q = 33 °C.

Devide by 1.5 ,we get :

2800 x (45 - q) = 2400 x (q - 20)

7 x (45 - q) = 6 x(q - 20)

315 - 7q = 6q - 120

315 +120 = 13q

435 = 13q

q = 33.4 =33

:wink:

Thank you sooo much for that help cos i next to useless!! But I try hard!!! :lol: Thanks again....sorry to say I will probably be back!!!
