Hi i have a problem:

lim (x-> 3) x^2 - 6x + 12 = 3. I just have no clue how to begin this problem because it eventually goes into (x-3)^2 < E which I don't know how to do. any help from here?

Well, |x-3|^2 < epsilon if |x-3| < sqrt(epsilon).

So what should delta be?
