Describe the end behavior of the polynomial function

f(x)= -6x^3+2x+3x-8

f(x)-->___________ as x-->-infinity i
f(x)-->___________ as x--> infinity

help?

f(x)= -6x^3 + 2x^2 + 3x - 8

By the way, I changed the second term to 2x^2 from 2x. I think it was a typo.

Consider a similar function: g(x) = -4x^3 + 5x^2 - x + 3.

What happens as x gets very large? g(x) gets very small, right? So as x --> +?, g(x) --> -?.
