Use the Empirical Rule for Data with a Bell Shaped Distribution for this question. Assume that the average score (mean) on a national exam is 65.5 out of 100 and the standard deviation of scores is 6.5. A total of 14,250 students took the exam. Please show how you get your results.

a. What % of students scored over 78.5 on the exam? How many students is that?

b. Larry scored 59. Approximately how many people scored below him?

c. Katie scored better than 99.85% of other people. What approximately was her score?

Please state the "Emperial Rule". Something like this "68% falls within ..." What's the rest?
