Given dy/dx + 2y = -5, y(0) = 3.

"Solve using the Newtons first order numerical method, taking sufficient steps to estimate y when x =2".

If I recall correctly, Newton's Method is fairly plug-n-chug. How far have you gotten, and where are you stuck?
