To Rabinov23, please tell us about yourself. What grade level is this question intended to be for?
Have you finished pre-college courses?

Not to get ahead of pka's post, but when we plot a point a on a graph we need to know the x and y coodinates of it. For example, P(-1, 3) has x and y coordinates -1 and 3, respectively. The post below is a graph of the point P. Can you do the others?

Thanks for explaining that. This is one reason we request that you state the context of a problem, so we can have a better idea of what to assume in trying to help.

Similarly, it might help in the future not just to say you are "completely lost" (which is quite different from "a little unsure"), but also why: for example, that you don't yet know how to plot a point in the first place, or that you don't know what "plot the quadrilateral" means.

A rectilinear figure is a closed shape (meaning it has an inside and an outside) formed from straight lines. A quadrilateral is a rectilinear figure with four sides.

It is typical to name a rectilinear figure by assigning a different majuscule letter to identify each point where the straight lines intersect.
