Hello, I am having a really hard time solving these Investigation problems from my IB Maths Textbook. Number 1 and 2 are self explanatory, and I did those already, but I am having a really difficult time wrapping my head around Number 3. If someone can please explain this to me with the answers, I appreciate you so much. I have really been struggling this whole trigonometric unit. Thank you again!

To start define sin and cos in the context of a right triangle.

Specifically, for 3a(i), look at right triangle AOM. What trig function is the ratio OM/OA? So what is the length of OM?

Do the same for the other lengths they ask for. Show us some work, and we can help you with the next bit.

I wonder if sad.ib.kid did not see the phrase "in terms of \(\displaystyle \theta\)" or did not realize what it meant.
