Hi -
I am having difficulty decifering between what should be used when trying to find the domain and ranger. For instance; (<), (>), (< than and equal to), or (> than or equal to).
f(2) = 2
What is the domain: Type an inequality or a compound inequality and R if the answer is all real numbers.
How was the domain determined using the < than sign ?
{xl ?} -3 < x < 4}
How was the range determined using the < than sign?
-9 < y < 8
Is there a simply method to remember what should be used? The greater and less signs confuse me.
