Domain help: w = [11(h - 40)] / 2, domain: {-1, 0, 6}

I have a homework problem that I am not able to answer. The information given is:

Domain: {-1, 0, 6}

Problem: w = [11(h - 40)] / 2

I don't just want the answer, I need to know how you get to the answer.

Unfortunately, there don't appear to be any instructions for this, so it is difficult to advise you. And you didn't know any work, so it is difficult to determine where you are having problems.

Are you maybe supposed to find the range of the function w(h)? Or is the function h(w)? Or something else?
