Domain and Range

I have a horrible time with getting started on certain types of graphing. I appreciate any assistance available.

Determine the domain and range:

y = 2x - 3


y = 0.3x


y = |x-2|



these are confusing for me, can someone please tell me where to start? Thank you.

The domain is the set of allowable x values. The range is the set of allowable y values. Graph these relations, it will help you.
