Let f(x) be a function with domain [-3, inf) and range (-inf, 2). If g(x) = f^-1 (x) what is the domain of g(x+4) -7?

Please help, and if you can post your working of the problem as well. I am not allowed to use a calculator to work this problem so please try to work it without one.
