Dividing x^3 -3x^2-x+3 by x-3 with synthetic division?

I have to divide x^3 -3x^2-x+3 by x-3 using synthetic division.. after I did the division, i got 1 0 -1 0 ? I'm really lost and can't figure out what I did wrong??
