helppp! :)

What are you supposed to do?

Umm

all it says use algrebra tiles
to model the equation.draww a sketch of ur models...

i don't gettt itt =/

\(\displaystyle \L 6(x+2)=6x+12\)

Start by distributing the 6 into all terms contained within the ( ) parentheses for which it is being multiplied. Multiply 6 by x and multiply 6 by 2 - both sides should then be equal.

Most of us just know the mathematics. We can't help you with the fuzzy-math "playing with blocks" stuff. Sorry!

If this wasn't covered in class or in the book, then you might want to have your parents talk with your teacher, since that's probably the only was you'll get the "right" way to do... whatever fiddling and drawing you're supposed to be doing with your blocks... er, "tiles".

Good luck! :D
