Hi. Need help solving this: Cattle train left Miami and traveled toward NY. 14 hours later a Diesel train left traveling 45 km/hr trying to catch up. After traveling for four hours the diesel train catches up. What was cattle train's avg. speed? Is it: Cattle: D=R*18 and Diesel: D=45*4? Then you plug in the R18 for the D in the Diesel formula. So is answer 10 km?
