a train travels 24 km farther between stops A and B.
if it averages 60 km/hr between A and B and 30 km/hr between B and C
and an express train averages 50 km/hr between A and C, not stopping at B
how far apart are A and C?

Distance = Rate X Time

i can't figure out how to solve it if there's no known time.
A-B = 60 km/hr
B-C = 30 km/hr
and
A-B is 24 km more than B-C.

i figured B-C would have to be 24 km
and A-B would therefore be 48 km
making A-C 76 KM?????
because A-B is double B-C and 24 km more so it would have to be that?
i don't know, it's driving me crazy jtrfghnefhinbfkmwdfojignmkr
