What does a hexagonal ring look like? How many sides does it have?Devi was practicing on a hexagonal ring. Find the perimeter of the ring if the length of the ring is 20 m.

i suppose this is the question...and this is the appropriate answer to itDevi was practicing on a hexagonal ring. Find the perimeter of the ring if the length of the ring is 20 m.
I had asked the OP in response#2
How is "length" of ring is defined in your class/text-book?
That is why I had asked the definition from the student's textbook and provide a sketch.Length of a hexagonal ring could be the edge length, long diagonal, short diagonal, incircle radius, incircle diameter, circumcircle radius (same as edge length), circumcircle diameter (same as long diagonal) or even the perimeter (which has been asked). It is more likely that length in this case means edge length, but it is not confirmed. Even if it is assumed that given length is the edge length and the concerned hexagon is regular, perimeter cannot be 180m.
