The point A (x,y) lies in the first quadrant on the line y=6-5x
A rectangle with two sides on the coordinate axes has A as one vertex.

a) Work out an expression in x for the area of the rectangle.

My only issue with this question is that I do not know where the rectangle and the point A would be situated on the graph as there are many different ways that it could be situated to fulfil the criteria.

Area is width times height. So \(\displaystyle A=x\cdot y\). SO?
