Answer will be messy - repeated application of product rule, power and chain rule.

No substitution needed.

\(\displaystyle D_x[(3x^2-2x)(x+13)^4(x^3+5x)^6] \ =\)

\(\displaystyle (6x-2)(x+13)^4(x^3+5x)^6+(3x^2-2x)(4)(x+13)^3(x^3+5x)^6+(3x^2-3x)(x+13)^4(6)(x^3+5x)^5(3x^2+5)\)

\(\displaystyle Stop \ here, \ if \ you \ are \ smart.\)
