Does anyone know what you get when you differentiate x*Sin(x) ?

Yes. Use the Product Rule and the formulas they gave you for the derivatives of the trig functions, and you'll know, too! :wink:

Differentiate with respect to what?

If you differentiate with respect 'y' - and if 'x' and 'y' are independent of each other - then it is 0 (zero)
