The Brits are turning air into petrol .

It's currently a long, long process -- but they're progressing.

Extracting carbon from greenhouse gases in the atmosphere (they're interested in the carbon dioxide and water vapor, basically), their method produces refined gasoline that is purer -- thus cleaner -- than conventional fossil fuels.

What has the USA achieved, lately, in research or implementation of renewable energy? Seems like most of what I hear on this side of the pond is "no, no, and no" -- all from The Party of No.
