Find the integral S from -1 to 1 of 4/1+x^2.
-1

I just integrated the top and bottom to get 4x/ x+(x^3/3)

i then got 4/1(1/3) - 4/1(1/3) to equal 0.

Is this correct

\(\displaystyle \L
\int {\frac{4}{{1 + x^2 }}dx = 4\arctan (x)} +c\)
