inorder to determine if htis is a solution I don't think I have enough information. Is this true?

the question in my homework is as written. I don't have any more information to complete the problem. what I'm looking for is someone with some experience in this area to help or point me in the right direction.

There is no system! How could that be a solution to the system?

You may have copied the problem completely, but that does not guarantee that the problem was complete in the first place. Give this one up immediately and ask for a new copy. This one is no good.
