Multiply. The denominators form a difference of two squares so the resulting quotient isn't too bad to differentiate.
 
If you simplify as I said before, the chain rule is not necessary.
 
1/(6+5x) is the same as (6+5x)^(-1)

You could differentiate that using the chain rule. You will still need to use the quotient rule to differentiate the [(3x-2)/(6-5x)], however. Then the product rule is needed... basically, unnecessarily complicated.
