Please help me find the second derivative of this equation! Please explain how to solve in steps thank you.

You cannot find second derivative of an equation -

You can find second derivative of a function.

Do you want to find d[sup:1rk7ffwy]2[/sup:1rk7ffwy]y/dx[sup:1rk7ffwy]2[/sup:1rk7ffwy] or d[sup:1rk7ffwy]3[/sup:1rk7ffwy]y/dx[sup:1rk7ffwy]3[/sup:1rk7ffwy]?

Either way, you need to perform "implicit" differentiation.

Please show us your work, indicating exactly where you are stuck - so that we know where to begin to help you.
