Use ddx[bu]=buln(b)dudx\displaystyle \frac{d}{dx}[b^{u}]=b^{u}ln(b)\cdot\frac{du}{dx}

another way:

21x=22x\displaystyle 2^{1-x} \, = \, \frac{2}{2^x}

Now you can use standard formulae.
