demand function p = 30 - 2x, cost fcn c = 5x^2 + 2x + 12

If the demand function(price) and cost function for a product are p=30-2x and c(x)=5x^2+2x+12, then how many units, x, will maximize the profit? where do i start?

once you find the profit function, use the techniques you have learned in class to maximize profit.
