I'm not an ace at these, but I looked for a cheese with LOZ somewhere.
 
I gave up too soon. I'd recognized the first indicator, so I was as far as ZOLA, but it just didn't click for me at that point. I ought to have gotten the libation part! Shoot-a-darn. I'd then decided the answer was an unfamiliar European word and quit.

I like the clue; every word is used (i.e., good surface, no fluff).
