Hey all.. I'm seriously confused about the behavior of trig functions in a series. How do I know if they converge or diverge?
for example: convergence or divergence?
the sum of (sigma)
(3+ cos(n))/(3^n)
from n=0 to infinity
i think i have to use the comparison theorem (just because thats what unit we're on..), but i'm really stuck. help would be much appreciated! thanks!
