Assuming The problem actually is: Construct a triangle ABC in which BC=8cm, mABC=30° and AB-AC=3.5cm Draw a "horizontal" line and locate points BC 8 cm apart. Construct a 30o angle at B with BC as terminal side. Now we have to locate A on the other terminal (let's call that line A'B) of the angle and join AC and we are done. Now locate a point 3.5 cm away from B (on line A'B) and call that point D. Continue.... Please show us what you have tried and exactly where you are stuck.
