I am trying to find the domain for h(x)=square root of pi

I know that the domain for a constant function; for instance h(x)=2, is all real numbers. But is the answer the same if i have to take the square root of the number, in this case pi?

Why would it be any different? Does sqrt(pi) exist? That's good enough.
