Hello, I am stuck on #13 in the image below. How do I figure this out?

VW and WX are given by different expressions; they will be congruent only if x has a value that makes them equal. Since you aren't given a value for x that I can see, all you can say is, insufficient information.

If the 2 expressions are lengths, then you could say the segments are congruent if 5x-1 = 4x+3, that is when x=...
