confusing fraction prob

2 weeks 3 days x 3 in lowest terms

can anybody help me? :shock:

6 weeks 9 days but 9 days = 1 week
7 weeks 2 days

is this what your instructor wants?

yes I was inbetween answers, it is either:

6 weeks 9 days or
7 weeks 2 days

this one i get confused reducing it

That's (2 weeks 3days) times 3, I think;
so 17 days times 3 = 51 days = 7 weeks 2 days

BE CAREFUL: use brackets to ensure accuracy.
