WHen I did it my answer was 9/10. Am I really wrong?

Please clarify the function. You have posted:

. . . . .\(\displaystyle \large{f(x)\,= \,x\,+\,\frac{9}{x}\,+\,10}\)

...but I have a feeling you actually mean something like:

. . . . .\(\displaystyle \large{f(x)\,=\,\frac{x\,+\,9}{x\,+\,10}}\)

When you reply, please show the steps you used to get your answer.

Plug in x=2 (not x=0 !).

Stapel the second one you posted is what I was TRYING to type. UNCO i got 11/12

You're correct.

Use parentheses -- (x + 9)/(x + 10) -- next time and all will be good.
