Does "based on the dimensions of each bedroom" mean "according to the percentage that a given bedroom is of the total bedroom-based square footage"?

If so, then use what you learned back in pre-algebra: Find the square footage of each room. Sum to find the total bedroom-based square footage. Then do the divisions to find the percentages, and multiply against the total rent.

As Subhotosh Khan said, add the area up and divide proportionately. However, 'twer me I would add in that private bath room for the one who got the 12'1'' X 17'3'' room
