basically the cone is half filled with water, and when flipped over, how much does it fill up to.. out of the 10cm cone. if you can plz show me how to do this, you will save my life and my grade.
Hint: What is the volume of the entire cone? What is the volume of the portion not filled? So what is the volume of the water? Then to what height will that volume fill the cone, once flipped over?
ok if i just take 10^3 minus 5^3 and take the cube root of that it gives me my height right?
ok so 1000 - 125 = 875, cube root of 875 is 9.56... would that be my h?
