I need to find out what you have done (show work) and where you are exactly stuck, so that we know where to begin to help you.

Start with naming points - like apex of the cones (e.g. L for the apex of the larger cone and S for the apex of the smaller cone) and other relevant points - and use theorems of similar triangles.
