compute zeros Pollaczek polynomial with "w(x)=exp(-(1-x^2))^(-alpha), alpha>0" weight

hi friends
I have two question please help me.
question1:
I want to compute zeros Pollaczek polynomial with "w(x)=exp(-(1-x^2))^(-alpha), alpha>0" weight.
I would like to know how about the recurrence relation of the polynomial with this weigh?

question 2 :
What happen when we said above weight violates Szego condition ?
