Complex number

I would not have started the way you have. You want to find z, right? Why raise both sides to the 1/14 power as if you were solving for something else?

What have you learned about multiplying complex numbers written in this form? What happens to the angle when you raise to the nth power?

Here is help on 1e.
The polar form of \(\displaystyle -4-4i\) is \(\displaystyle 4\sqrt{2}\cdot\exp\left(-\frac{3\pi}{4}i\right)\) SEE HERE
