The textbook question states:
Compare: A. [1/2 - 1/3] / [1/2 + 1/3] B. 1/5
The answer is that because both A and B are equal, the answer is C.
I understand that A and B are equal, but what was the question? And where did C come from? I expected that they wanted me to compare A and B and find out that they were equal, but their answer is really making me confused.
Can anyone help me figure this out?
