Hi i'm having problems with this question

I have 12 men and 7 woman to select a commitee of 5 from. How many ways can we select these 5 people if both mr. and mrs. x must be in or out?

If you discard Mr. and Mrs. X, how many men and women are left? In how many ways can you select the five people you need?

If you set aside two positions for Mr. and Mrs. X, how many positions are left? How many men and women do you have to choose from? In how many ways can you select the remaining people you need?
