Collecting Like Terms, need help asap!!!

I cannot figure out how to work out Collecting Like Terms. I tried to upload my assignment but it wouldn't allow me to.

Multiply. Collect like terms

-7(-2x-5y+9)

and

12m (2 as the 2nd power) + 6q + 9m (2 as the 2nd power)

I was unable to put the little 2 next to the m and the q. I hope you can understand this.
