changing fractions to percents to decimals

if there is 15 out of 40 green M & M's in a bag how would you change that to a fraction and decimal. I thought your divided 15 into 40 but i dont know what to do after that.

You are not dividing 15 into 40, but you are dividing 40 into 15.
