I got a challenging question for all, please help me answer it.

Solve the equation f'(x)=0

f(x) = (ln x + 2x)^1/3

Thanks

According to your other threads, you don't want the steps to the solutions and you will not show any work of your own; you just want the answers. I (and the other tutors also, I'm sure) apologize for earlier having tried to help you with the concepts and the steps to the answers.

Answer: no solution

Eliz.

Can you find the derivative?
Can you find a value for 'x' that makes the derivative equal to zero?
Is the anser the the last two a reasonable result?

Note: You may wish to change your screen name. It may help to call yourself, "the-really-wants-to-learn-and-tries-hard-to-show-work guy", or something like that, but a little shorter.
