hey, anybody who can figure this problem out. i get a challenge problem in my geometry class every week and this is the first one. im going to try to figure it out myself first but if i ever get stumped, I want to know if any body else can do it first.

Here it is:

Suppose a metric clock uses the following system:

1 day = 10 metric hours
1 metric hour = 10 metric minutes
1 metric minute = 10 metric seconds
1 metric second = 10 metric mini secopnds

What is the time in our system when the metric clock requires 4 hours, 5 minutes, 6 seconds, and 7 mini seconds?

Anybody up for the challenge? I would gladly appreciate any input.

Thank you.

Please clarify what is meant by "requiring" a certain amount of time. (I was with you up until that point, but I'm not familiar with that terminology in this context.) Thank you.

Eliz.
