Cannot find 0 matrix

Someone please tell me, how calculation in the end get 3*3 0 matrix. I am doing this math by myself but I did not get a 3*3 0 matrix?

Do you know what an implication symbol looks like? If not, then look it up. Starting from the top count the implication symbol until you get to the 2nd one. Then you have arrived at the line which is wrong.

Are you saying that what you show is your work (and has an error in it that is your own), or that this is the correct work, and there is some point at which your own work differs from it?

In the latter case, we need to see your work in order to find your error.

Oops, yes the line I am referring to is correct.

Thank you so much. This is a screen shot from my college provided pdf file. I did not notice this mistake. Thank you for your help
