I hope this is a simple question. I just haven't been able to Google the right thing yet, so I thought I'd check here.
Let's say a company gives discounts that increase in scale based on the number of projects you sign up for (1st is full price, second is 15% off, 3rd is 20% off).
You can write that as this equation: Total price = x + .85y + .80z
Is there a way to restate this so that you can just take a blanket discount across the sum of all three projects rather than discount each project individually?
