Can this equation be correct?

Son's fifth grade math came home today with instructions to add parentheses (i.e. grouping) to make the equation correct.

14 ÷ 1 + 8 x 8 - 1 = 15

Can't figure it out. Please help.

There are only 24 different ways to do it. Try them. I did not find a 15. A couple of 154s.
