It can't be reduced, since the numerator and denominator have no common factors. BUT, you can "rationalize" the denominator...that is, express the fraction in a form where the denominator is a rational number.
To rationalize the denominator, we need to realize that √3*√3 is just 3...a rational number. So, let's multiply the numerator and the denominator of the original fraction by √3:
1 * √3

√3*√3
What will that give you?
