I'm am very confused by this problem, and I tried everything but I just can't get it right

Step 1: -2x(x^2 + 5x + 6)
If you can't finish it, you need help from your teacher...

What two other numbers sum to -5 and multiply to -6?

My teacher isn't helpful that's why I posted this request on here. Since I have no other help.
