Now look at things. In particular:

L must be a multiple of P - Since these numbers are distinct, it must be a different multiple than for O
Not so obvious, (O/P)-130 must be a multiple of (F/J)+B-7
Don't forget your Order fo Operations! Whoever designed the square might have, so there may not be a reasonable solution.
