Use the numbers 1 through 16 to complete the equations.
Each number is only used once.
Each row is a math equation. Each column is a math equation.
Remember that multiplication and division are performed before addition and subtraction.

Thank you a lot!

You'ld better get started.

I nothing else, fill in the boxes and experiment. I did A, B, C, D across the top, E, F, G, H, on the second row, and so one through P in the lower, right-hand corner.

Now look at things. In particular:

O must be a multiple of P
F must be a multiple of J
L must be a multiple of P - Since these numbers are distinct, it must be a different multiple than for O

Not so obvious, (O/P)-130 must be a multiple of (F/J)+B-7

Don't forget your Order of Operations! Whoever designed the square might have, so there may not be a reasonable solution.

I did what you said, but i still dont get it.

WHAT?!
May we have your school's email address, so we can confirm
it's ok to give YOU solution to a competition problem?

In this competition you're allowed to ask other people or anything else. Some people even call universitys.

I did what you said,

No, you didn't. You may have looked at a few things I talked about, but "things" in general means to keep working until you get it or prove it can't be done.
